How to get 80's hair??

Hey guys, I have really curly and long hair now(almost afro) and I would like to know how I should straighten it to get 80s hair. preferably KISS(Stanley or criss). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.How to get 80's hair??
You would have to blow dry it with a round ionic brush for that. You'd have to use mousse in the roots %26amp; a not too heavy straightening product on the ends. If it comes out frizzy that way you'd have to use a flat iron but not pull it up in the direction you want it %26amp; straight down because you want to keep the volume. Then spray it where you want it. Lots of spray! They used a ton of hairspray in the 80s so you'll have to do that too to get that look. You also need a lot of layers so hopefully you have the right cut. Good luck!
