Shave or wax...painful as it may be. Oh and make sure if you're hairy on your back you get rid of that, it's NASTY.
Waxing. Painful, but the more you do it, the less hair will grow make, and the hair that does with be much thinner.
call a day spa and make an appointment with an esthician and prepare for INTENSE pain. the best and safest way is to wax and i wouldn't recommend doing it yourself because there are things like ingrown hairs, and other skin problems that can occur, plus they know how to pull to remove the hair properly.

If you are a man, you should't really worry about that, hairy men are sexy.



If you don't feel confortable with it, I'd recomend laser. Shaving would be too unpractical and scratchy, waxing is too time consuming and leads to hair that stays under your skin and then provoques things like pimples. And both of them seem too gay.



So if you can't afford laser, leave it like that and enjoy it.

Waxing lasts 4 to 6 weeks and it doesn't hurt much more than pulling off a bandage. There are also creams that dissolve hair but I don't think that would be very good for yor skin especaly near the bikini line.
