i dyed my hair black a few weeks ago and i want to lighten it back to brown.How to take out black hair dye?

The only thing I can suggest is get Loreal's Hair Color Remover, it costs about $10 and you can find it in CVS, TARGET, WALMART, etc. You can apply a permanent hair dye after too, in the desired shade.
You can have it done professionally by a product called 'color remover', which removes artificial color from your hair. Only a professional can do that since it's a highly alkaline product, and it needs to be done right. You have to ask them though if they do it; not all hairstylist do that kind of procedure.

The other way is to lift it up with bleach. Highlight your hair heavily and put a toner over it. If you choose to bleach the whole, it might do some heavy damage depending on the structure of your hair. If you do that, make sure they use oil based bleach.
