How do i reduce my hair fall?

I am male. From the last two months on an average i am loosing 25 hairs a day. If this continues i will be bald in 6 months. I am just 18. Don't want to get bald so early. Please help. I have been sitting in front of computer a lot these days and i use headphones as i play a lot of computer games. Can any of these be the reason? Please suggest me something. How do i reduce my hair fall?
If your only loosing 25 a day you are well below average. The average daily hair loss is 150 a day. You have nothing to worry about with only 25. I do hair and 150 is what is taught in cosmetology. How do i reduce my hair fall?
# eat healthy

# Limit the amount of chemicals you put in your hair. Over use of perms and color can damage the hair shaft.

# Massage your scalp regularly to stimulate blood circulation in the scalp to promote growth.

# try this amazing remedy , it will make wonders on your hair

mix castor oil + olive oil

and apply it for four hours once a week
Most men lose their hair because of a condition called androgenetic alopecia. This condition is typified by a high concentration of the hormone dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in the scalp. DHT is a compound that results from the interaction of testosterone with the enzyme 5-alpha reductase. Once it is formed, DHT will bind itself to the androgen receptors on the hair follicles in your scalp.

As DHT concentration increases, it makes it harder and harder for your hair follicles to continue growing at a normal rate. If the DHT is allowed to work unencumbered for too long, your hair follicles will actually fall out and you can never get them back. The only way to combat this type of hair loss is to use some type of DHT blocker to eliminate the presence of DHT in your scalp.

None of what you mention can cause hairloss. Now you know what really causes it. So to fixit try using some natural hailr loss supplements like procerin. So in 6 months you wont be seeing a bald head.
if you change your shampoo/conditioner continuously it might damage your hair and cause your hair to fall.

if your using the same shampoo/conditioner then i suggest you use a gentle comb.

i dont think sitting in front of a computer can damage your hair; but i suggest you buy products for your hair to lessen the hair loss.
