How Do I Make Homemade Hair Curls Fast?

im a teen with no money and i need to find a way to get curls like AJ Michalka...I Love Her Hair...Help!How Do I Make Homemade Hair Curls Fast?
If you simply want a FREE way to get curls...you can:

- Braid you hair and leave overnight (loose braids will create loose waves, a tight braid will make tighter waves...almost like crimping your hair)

- Roll your hair in a soft bun while damp (this works on some hair types, but i really love the result as it leaves your hair looking naturally wavy with loose curls/waves and extra flicks)How Do I Make Homemade Hair Curls Fast?
- use roller sets (cheap and easy!)

- if your hair curls when it's wet: massage some almond oil in it and let it airdry.

- braid your hair. Small braids for tight curls, Thick braids for loose curls.

Or you can perm, which i don't reccomend...
both of the above answers will help or if you have a curling iron you can use that to curl your hair or you can use a straightening iron if it is a slim line good luck
When I was little(longggg time ago lol) my grandmother used to curl my hair with ';rag curls';...take scrap rags, torn up old tshirt, ect (actually even peices of toilet paper work...) need 4 inch long, maybe about 3 inches wide strips....take sections, of hair, about 2 inches wide, hold rag strip on top of hair section, at hair ends, roll hair onto top of rag curler, and then roll up to top of hair strand(near scalp)take two loose ends of rag curler and tie them, square knot fasion on top of rolled up hair, sleep on them(they are really soft and fairly comfy) unroll in AM and you got curls! You might have to practise as depending on your hair, how easily it curls, length, texture ect, try tying ';curlers'; tighter, or looser, taking larger or smaller sections, try it on wet hair, or dry....lots of diff variables, but always worked on mine(sometimes toooo good, and ended up looking like Shirly Temple or something lol)...Good Luck! Hope this helps! :)
