I have dark brown hair,with reddish tints on top. How do I get my hair THIS blonde?

I know I need bleach.



But whats the process of doing this to get it to be exactly like this?

I have that EXACT same hair color , I had it bleached and colored , They say the dye only stays in for about 2 months , then the roots start coming in , BUT if you buy blonde shampoo - Silver Brights works great for me - It wil stay in for about 3 1/2 - 4 months insteade (:I have dark brown hair,with reddish tints on top. How do I get my hair THIS blonde?
i would keep it dark brown if i were you ^.^
