yes, you can get rid of it. it might be harder with black dye, but give it a try.
cover it with olive oil, leave it on for 2 min, then take a shower. the dye should come off.

yeah, you gotta go to the salon and get it done right. Don't use the store bought **** or you'll wind up with different colours front to back from the growing stage of hair. Better to get it professionally done, and you might have to pay for bleach prices, which is high i won't lie to you, but summer is coming up so maybe you should get some highlights! They will be much cheaper and worth it:)
