How do you strip a dark color out of your hair that you dyed a while ago?

I dyed my hair black around last christmas and of course it fades so now its like a medium brown and I want to restore my natural hair color (blonde) sooooo how!? :D

like ummm any techniques, supplies, or tricks to take hair color out OR dye your hair back blonde? :D help me please :D
