I went to the ATI Conference in Big Sandy, Tx and I met the Duggars and I was just wondering how Jill scrunched her hair?How does Jill Duggar scrunch her hair?
It looks like she uses a lot of mouse and hairspray for the ';crunchy'; waves. It works a lot better if your hair is a lot longer too. Mousse and hairspray will work 10x better then gels will! It also works a lot if when you get out of the shower, you DON'T brush your hair. If you don't brush your hair, your natural volume and slight tangles will add to the waves.
