How to make my hair extensions look more natural?

i bought hair extensions from foxylocks.com and they are great but when I put them in the top of my hair looks really, umm, fat?!?! and the ends are all thin! I don't want to get my hair cut to suit them coz i'm trying to grow my hair really long!

so are there any tricks to making them look really natural i think that the pack is maybe got twelve wefts but i only wear 10 or 9!! my hair is shoulder length!



o and will wearing the extensions make my hair not grow at a normal rate??
