How can I get my hair to fall out?

I'd really like my hair to just thin out until I was bald (or had bald spots). I know it's weird, but I've always like wigs more. Is there something I can do that's bad for my hair, or will I just have to pull it out?How can I get my hair to fall out?

cut it or put grease on it and brush it constantly especially after you wash it when its wet use a hard bristles brush to dry it
Go to the salon and have them cut it short and thin it out (they can make it very thin) and use some gel or something to slick it back when you wear a wig. Either that or you could just shave it, but I think having it cut and thinned would be better.
