My hair is a little longer than shoulder length, but it is so fried. I wanted to grow it long, but I know it will not look good since it looks unhealthy and fried. Here is a link to how I want my hair cut:

I think if you don't want to cut it short, get a trim.
There probably won't be any change because it's usually going to be like that when you grow it out again.
So get at least a 1 inch trim.
Get side swept bangs (:
Any way you want! :) Buy hair accessories! Why not buy hair extensions so you can have enjoy both long and short hair?
